However, the internet connection was occasionally unreliable, which was frustrating at times. Dining options remained consistently good, but I wish the lunch service was more reliable too. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel's decor and atmosphere were stunning. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ireen and Natasha at reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. A special shoutout to the dining team for their delicious and beautifully presented meals. every dish was a treat! If I had to suggest an improvement, a wider drink selection at the bar would be great.
